Loved this with a few adaptions! Added more salt and rice vinegar as it was a bit bland when the noodles soaked up the dressing. Overall would just add more of the dressing and save some on the side for adding after so much has been soaked up. Recommend a lime or lemon squeeze too! Gonna try adding some chicken to this next time
