My wife and I really enjoyed this, but our kids (4 and 5) only liked the stuffing, even though our kids like raw peppers. I usually don’t like peppers, but I enjoyed this. Next time, I’ll make a couple normally for my wife and I, and then try to cook some of the stuffing separately for the kids, and give them raw peppers to go with it.
