A bit long to complete but so so so delicious. If you're a fan of lemon anything, then these cookies are for you.
Somehow by following the recipe I never get to the consistency they describe (kinda runny) for the dough... also, the wield is always smaller so perhaps my 2tbs are larger?
Next time I'll try using the white from the eggs used for the custard in the dough, maybe it would help with the consistency. For this time, I made meringue.
