Mine turned out brown. Not tan. I used a pouch of sundried tomatoes rather than a can, so maybe that's why. My husband didn't like the sundried tomatoes pieces. We'll have to try a swap for mushrooms next time.

I apologize, I just saw this message! I used to use the sundried tomatoes and it is nowhere as good as the jar kind. I used Alessi Premium Julienne Cut in Olive Oil and it tastes a lot better. For European butter, I used Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter Herb. Let me know if this is better!
