Quick and easy souvlaki recipe, and tzatziki sauce recipe.
Like everyone else, I used lemon in the tzatziki sauce, but otherwise made it as is!
Flavour wise, the souvlaki could have been a little stronger, but tasted very good. I didn't bother with skewers, just cooked the chicken in my cast iron skillet.
Family loved it, and served with a salad or beans it was very filling.
