Very fluffy and delicious. I will use less powdered sugar for the glaze next time (was too thick so it didn't drench the cake, it wasn't moist) or actually follow the recipe and use just lemon juice while it's still cooling in the form and add the glaze later. Also, the recipe says 1 pack of baking soda but double check with the instructions on the pack. Mine recommended to use half a pack for this amount of flour.
