Used red potatoes cooked at 400 for about 30. Had too many veggies for one tray so sausage and peppers went in separately knowing they don't take as long.
Broccoli, mushroom, carrots, green and red peppers and smoked sausage tossed in Tuscan house Italian and little extra garlic, onion powders, Italian seasoning and sea salt and pepper. Was just about perfect with Parmesan cheese to top it off.
