Tasty but it was kind of a pain to make. I tried whipping coconut cream which didn't whip up super fluffy so I had to keep everything chilled in between prep and each layer of assembly. Took a long time to ensure everything would hold together. I used a separate recipe for a quick bake gluten free graham cracker crust with quick oats which was a good substitute. The miyoko's cream cheese tastes pretty much identical because I tried one with regular cream cheese too and couldn't tell the difference.
