I feel meh about this rn. I’d like to try it again with boneless chicken breast fillets. I used bone in breasts and it was kinda not a good mesh that way. Also, don’t bother with the honey garlic sauce if you are not a fan of soy sauce. I gave it a try, tasted it and decided against it. Not a good pairing, in my opinion.
I think if I did this again, keeping the breading method but with a thinner cut of meat, sans the garlic sauce= better.
