Used orange marmalade instead of orange zest. Had to melt butter slightly to soften which meant mixture was less of a dough and more of a simple batter. As a result mixture was spread into baking pan instead of pressed into it, so after baking was more of a slice than a shortbread. Smeared the melted chocolate on top instead of drizzling. Topped with orange marmalade instead of orange zest. Delicious!
