Made Big Mac Tater Tot Nachos for supper, had a "picnic" in front of the TV to watch Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile & eat lemon pudding for a treat.
ALMOST the entire bag of mini hashbrowns!
In the oven 425 for 5 mins, flipped over & I cut them using a spatula, into four, making them "tots".๐ Put them back in for another 5 mins.
After browning the ground beef, I threw in a heaping TBSP of garlic & herb cream cheese.
Pulled out hashbrowns, top with shredded cheese & crumbled beef. Go back into oven for another 5 mins.๐
Using what we had: diced dill pickles, chopped green onions, shredded up Havarti cheese, some Romaine lettuce, & previously cooked leftover bacon.
I topped mine with some Sriracha. ๐
L inhaled his portion and gobbled up another serving. He said it was "Too good! Chef's kiss!"๐
