Adjusted with around 80g green apple sauce, 10g lesser yoghurt, mixed flavoured quick oats with quinoa flakes grinded, and 1 tbsp monk fruit.
Baked half recipe portion at around 35m, increased top temperature to around 200c for the last 5m but top still not browned.
Result - sweetness level just right. A bit dense and soft.
Next time - reduce liquid or increase bake time. Place at upper rack with lower pan or increase top temperature.
