One of the easiest soups I've ever made on top of tasting the best. Definitely use all heavy whipping cream. For the chicken, I boiled it, let it cool 20 mins and then shredded it while letting the vegetables cook. To me, the texture of shredded chicken fits this soup more than diced chicken. I added a tbsp of chicken Better Than Bouillon and it was amazing (didn't add any additional salt, it didn't need it)! Also used a tsp of ground thyme instead of fresh.
