This was my first time making jam, I had some strawberries that needed to be eaten. I did a double batch with chopped strawberries instead of blueberries and it filled one small mason jar (12oz?). I think I could have let it get thicker but I wasn't sure how long to wait. I like it, I'd be interested in trying blueberries or other fruits next time.
Edit: after chilling in the fridge overnight, it is VERY good!! I probably would use a little less sugar because it is very sweet but on crackers or bread it's perfect
