I used mixed vegetables instead of just peas, and I also doubled the vegetables, since 1/2 cup seemed low once I had all of the orzo simmering. I also used 12oz of shrimp instead of 8, and the end result was amazing! There's a lot of flavor from the onion and lemon, and the shrimp cooked in the lemon pepper is delicious.
If I make it again, I might use 3-4 cloves of garlic instead of 2.
