I definitely strayed from the recipe a bit lol but overall p easy and delicious
Here’s what i did:
I separated the greens from the white part of the scallions and cooked the white part with the mushrooms
I sliced the mushrooms instead of mincing them to add a diff texture
I didn’t have any marjoram so i just used Italian seasoning with paprika
I did half a pound of orzo instead of the 3/4 cup and cooked it according to box instructions
When i combined the orzo w the seasoned mushies, i also added a couple of tbsp of butter as well as the pasta water
I made some baked tilapia to go on top and sprinkled the sliced stalks of the scallions last
Definitely recommend using a full pound of orzo (or more) for leftovers
