Added some stir-fried broccoli, which I thought went really well with the sauce. Also, I didn't have pear puree, but someone told me to use a bit of apple juice instead, it still tasted good, so I think it's an OK substitute.

I cook a lot of Korean food and was this close to going to cookery school in Korea, I can tell you apple juice is 100% fine a lot of modern recipes though I'm a traditionalist when it comes to korean food use also 7up or korean version of...or even Bae juice which is asian pare juice which comes in bottles or cans Grated apple would the best sub tho
