I marinated the chicken overnight with some grated ginger and garlic as well. Stir fried onion, aubergine and Pak Choi with the chicken. Cooked 2 cups of jasmine rice for 3 people, needed to double sauce when adding to rice. Served with Oi Muchim (Spicy Cucumber Salad), fried egg, tomatoes, sambal oelek and sesame seeds. So good ๐
