Not sure if it's an issue with my slow cooker, that I have a big one, or maybe that I needed to cut the beef more (it just said thin strips lol), but this wasn't that good. It also took longer than 3 hours to cook the beef (I was under the impression that no pink should be remaining). Part 3 of the recipe was somewhat unclear. I had to ask my AI chatbot about the directions, and he explained that I needed to make a slurry with the cornstarch before adding it back to the pot.
