these are so simple to make but have a lot of flavor — even though i used plain breadcrumbs and only seasoned with salt and pepper. there’s so much room to build off of this recipe and make perfectly juicy tenders every time. we didn’t have olive oil spray so i used coconut spray and it worked well too. im very impressed!! learning to use my air fryer has been so positive and i would recommend this to anyone as a good place to start! i also did two coatings of the breadcrumbs/egg because the first was a little sparse. :-)
