I added about 3 TBS of "better than chicken bouillon" paste as well as a healthy dose of Italian seasoning and some crushed red peppers. I also subbed the cherry tomatoes with 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes and threw in a can of corn. I also used kielbasa instead of sausage. I dished it up and topped it with shredded Parmesan and it was great.
