Made this for my daughter's 7th Birthday! It was/is a huge hit!!! By far the fanciest cake I've ever made! I used Swans Down Cake Flour.. I usually use regular, never used cake flour.. It made a HUGE difference!!! We did a cherry jam filling.. and with the homemade icing and fruit, it tasted like it came straight from the Bakery! Added to our Family recipe book! 🥰🤤😋🎂
