Made it exactly according to the recipe and it turned out hard and dry. I think that the previous commenter was on to something pulling this out early. I probably could have pulled it after 20 minutes instead of 45. Nothing wrong with the flavours though. I will probably make it again, but have it in the oven for a much shorter time and perhaps make a little more filling, maybe 30 % more.
