Delicious! First ever time making bagels! I measured the Asiago with my heart and put the cheese under and on top of the bagels.
I baked for 14 minutes, checked them, and then baked for 4 more minutes and they were done. I wanted to start on the lower end of the baking time to make sure I didn’t over do them. The 18 minute mark worked perfectly since they were covered in cheese.
Will absolutely make these again.
