Didn't photograph well, but this was freaking tasty. Quick and easy as well. Made vegetarian by using 1 lb impossible beef and a package of impossible sausages broken up with the casings removed. Used a plant based "chicken" bouillon for the broth. Added 2 diced Serrano peppers and 1 red Fresno. Did not feel that it was overly spicy at all, but had a really good flavor.
