I thought this turned out very tasty and recommended for a healthy meal with chicken. I microwaved sweet potatoes after cubing for 4-5 minutes to precook instead of roasting alone. And used a gas grill outside instead of an oven to roast....it's hot out and avoiding the oven is a summer tradition. Lol
Only ingredient I discovered I lacked was nutmeg, and used allspice in its place. I hate to comment after making changes but it's minimal and would not alter dish significantly. 5/5 stars for this healthy meal
