This is a tough one. Actually, I should check both thumbs.
My daughter and I didn't think this was not a bad dish, provided we added some extra salt.
My husband didn't think it was special and had very little flavor. I don't have to make this for him anymore.
I already added extra salt and pepper to the sauce. As well as an extra 100g of fish.
My tips:
1. Add at least 1 to 2 teaspoons of salt to the sauce. + 0.5 tsp pepper.
2. for 6 servings: take 400g to 600g fish.
3. use 120g peas instead of 180g.
