This was absolutely amazing! So... Lifehack... I couldn't find Tahini anywhere, all my local grocery stores were either sold out or didn't carry it. So, I had to pivot and I just used flavor profiles to make a different kind of sauce with Chimichurri.
If you can't find Tahini get some Chimichurri sauce, mix it in a bowl with some apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar, sour cream and a little lemon juice. Add the rest of your ingredients and brush that mix on your "steaks". Thank me later!
Sidenote: use extra leftover sauce on shrimp or chicken or any other protein IF you're cooking a protein with this dish. I skipped the balsamic glaze, it still came out incredible.
