This is the second time I've made these. The first time, I cooked them in a pan and they immediately fell apart. The second time, I used an airfryer, and it worked much better. I used one piece of rice paper for the majority (the picture had two). I did double the recipe and follow it as noted, except for the garlic and ginger, where I added more. While these were solid, I had to cook them in batches (I know this is my problem and not the recipe) and I felt that this was more work for something that was okay.
