Okay soooo I didn't have a cup cake/muffin thingy. So I used this baking dish. It was spread out a little too thin so I had to eat it with a spoon but if I would have used a smaller dish I probably could have made snack bars bc they do try to stick together.
*jk I just didn't wait long enough for it to cool off. I ended up making some neat snack bars that my kids loved*
I added an egg for protien, chia seeds for fiber, and salt, chocolate chips, peanut butter, cinnamon, and maple syrup for taste. It was really good. But I did use too many chocolate chips unfortunately.
Also I only had old fashioned oats and they cooked perfectly.
I will definitely be trying this again. Maybe I'll even try protein powder.
