I added 1tbsp milk to the melted mozzarella. You can go too thin with these, I’d say the sweet spot is 2-4mm thick.
A reasonable substitution if you are sticking hard to a keto diet. Could have used a half tsp of onion powder and garlic powder rather than a 1/4.
These do not stay crispy for long but you can crisp them up again by putting them back in the oven.
