I did use both the sauce quick method and the sliced chicken quick method. I was VERY short on time, and my 11yo wanted to help. Still took longer than expected, and forgot to add the garlic.
Overall though, the flavor was great. I think the garlic would have helped as the sweetness was overpowering. So, next time I will be using the standard of making the sauce first, coating the chicken and baking THEN slicing..
But yes, even with the mistakes and shortcuts, I will be making this again.
