Pre-baking pix to show all the great bubbles! Did add 1/3 cup of ripe sourdough starter for flavor. Just salt on top this go around. Baked up beautiful! Perfect recipe if you want same day deliciousness.

@Katherine, did you replace the instant yeast with the sourdough starter? Or just add the sourdough starter with no other recipe changes?
