It was interesting and inspiring, with the eggs that were so silky smooth. The pork was solid and had good flavor, I may have had too much in the pan to get it crispy but it was flavorful. The eggs were tough to make I'm not sure if I didn't have the right thing to steam the eggs efficiently but I ended up putting them back on a few times to finally get them done, but all in all great dish. Eggs once done were soooo silky and interesting, great flavor too.
