It did not go well when I baked it, but I think it has potential, probably my mistake was that I did not roast the potatoes beforehand, and as a result, the water content was still high, and when I baked it the oil and water separated and the oil floated to the top part of the cake. Some of the parts of the cake tasted good. It probably works out really well if I prepare the potatoes better or if I buy canned potatoes
