I tripled the batch, I made it with a 30oz can of pumpkin. I ended up having to bake it for about 45 mins, the first 30 at 350° and then the last 15 at 450. Got tired of waiting for it to cook through. I also eyeballed a few of the ingredients, couldnt find my measuring cups. It came out alright, definitely tastes like protein powder was used. It's not too sweet, but enough to curb a craving. I might make this again.
