Winner winner chicken dinner! (Literally) if you’re going to make your own shredded chicken for this, like I did - allow 1 chicken breast covered in 350ml per person. Bring to simmer, then turn low for 10 mins, remove from stick rest the meat for 10 mins then shred with 2 forks. I didn’t have salsa verde but found a pineapple jalapeño fermented relish by Vadasz (sold in uk supermarkets) that worked well.
