Love love love! Honestly I didn't use all the ingredients, only the avocado, cocoa powder (used hot chocolate powder mix), melted chocolate chips (dark), and 2% low-fat milk. As long as you don't mind that avocado aftertaste, it's perfect just like that.
Protip #1: To melt your chocolate chips just use a little bit of olive oil and heat in the microwave, but keep an eye on it so it doesn't get too thin.
Protip #2: for two servings I just used a single pack of hot cocoa chocolate mix.
Easily my next go-to dessert, will probably top it with vanilla wafers next time!
