A new staple! Followed the recipe except for a few things below…
Rice: Made it in my pressure cooker (1c rice, 1c water), then added a splash of rice vinegar and a sprinkle of salt to it when finished.
Sauce: Doubled the recipe and still wished I had more. Couldn’t find tamari or mirin, so just used soy for the tamari and added a splash of rice vinegar (to taste). Also sprinkled in some cornstarch for thickness/stickiness while I was warming it on the stove (prior to adding in salmon).
Edamame: Trader Joe’s microwaveable steam bag
PS the sesame seeds x seaweed crumbles on my avocado is Furikake from Trader Joe’s.
