I use my own taco season with Mexican chili powder, paprika, dried onion flakes and powder, black and white pepper, salt, and dried cilantro.
I made brown rice boiled with oil and made the meat and seasoning. Rinsed the beans. Mixed the beans, meat, rice, and corn in a baking dish to bake for 15 min.
I'll seperate the portions and put the toppings aside for heating up at work etc. Will freeze some too. Makes a lot.
