I might have made a mistake in the baking process, so this did not go well for me last time. I overmixed it with an electrical mixer instead of just doing it by hand.
In the original recipe, the maker made around 15. The recipe mentions the recipe yields 11-14 cookies. The shape of the cookies should be more of a flat ball, it will eventually become flatter when it is in the oven. Make sure you leave enough space between cookies, it gets a bit messy otherwise.
