This one got rave reviews from my husband and son, and despite not being a huge fan of beans, I actually found this to be a very tasty soup.
I did cut back on the Worcestershire sauce, because that stuff can be quite overwhelming if you’re not careful, but it was the only change I made!
It’s very quick to make, including vegetable chopping time, probably about 45 minutes, maximum. I think it might be worthwhile cutting the milk in half, and using half broth.
This definitely goes on the keeper list.
