Loved this recipe but made a few slight alterations:
1.) I used canned brown lentils rather than green as that’s all that the supermarket had. I felt they went in the dish nicely
2.) I added some onion and garlic powder during the simmering process for extra flavor
3.) I added a cornstarch slurry also during the simmering process to thicken up the broth
With these adjustments the dish turned out wonderfully!
