This was delicious but a little more "stiff" than I prefer for chicken salad. I made a double batch for my family of 6. Next time I'll adjust the Mayo: cream cheese ratio to 1.25 c Mayo, 1.5 bricks of cream cheese and maybe add a few more T of pickle juice.
