Easy, full of flavour. Used smoked chipotle instead just pepper for additional kick 🌶️
I didn't follow the somewhat complicated instructions just cooked intuitively.
I baked bacon in the oven and used bacon grease to fry the chicken, then dumped the rest. I also used grape tomatoes and added them in the end because I hate mushed tomatoes.
I will def make it again.
