I would make 1/2 portion next time; i made each croquet 30 gram - 2 min in fryer and i made from this recipe 43 croquet; 1 put them in the freezer; they are soo yummie
I used spoons to ladle flour and breadcrumbs over croquet ; with two spoons i ladled egg over croquet and let leftover egg drippings off by dropping croquet from ladle to ladle
First few looked bit out off shape; when i had system they started to look more regular
Got big thumbs up from the testing team; 3 per person was enough for us
