Worked out well, I made a meal prep for 6 servings, every serving is supposed to be a single meal, but I add quinoa to add so it was about 9 meals. I spilled a lot because it barely fit in my largest pan.
I made it with spinach and it worked allright.
It took long before it started to thicken up, I did add 8% less tomato sauce than the recipe stated everything else was more or less identical. For a next time I would start increasing heat to bring it to a simmer more quickly and add the correct amount of tomato sauce.
Adding cornstarch to thicken it up faster didn't help much as it didn't break down well in the sauce
