For veggies, I did carrots, red pepper, onion, broccolini, red pepper, and scallions, added in that order. I cooked the chicken as whole breasts first and then removed, roughly chopped, and then added back in at the end.
I felt good about the speed at which I added the veggies, but I waited too long to add the sauce. Add sauce sooner while the veggies are cooking as to not overcook them.
