I made this into a breakfast focaccia with Yukon gold potatoes, bell pepper, and breakfast sausage. I pressed mini tart pans into the dough for the first 10 minutes of the bake and then removed them and cracked an egg in the indention and let it bake for the remaining time. With all the toppings I may need to adjust temp and cook times since it took longer to cook than the time allotted.
Edit: If anyone else wants to try this, cover the tin with foil after you add the eggs so they don't overcook the tops.
