Texture was wonderful, and the cooking method was really very easy. It’s a bit sweet for my taste, and this girl has a sweet tooth! Maybe my peaches were especially sweet. Next time, I think I’ll taste the peaches after they cook and release their juice. Then I’ll sweeten accordingly.
